Interest and references

Some books and links for advised software are named here.

I think many books are written about Web Design. All Webmasters including beginners should have and use some books. They can find many advices, scripts and styles there. Books that I introduce here, have been translated in Czech language. I think they are very inspirative. One of the books is in Czech (Inspirativní webdesign), but it isn´t problem - the content is full of screen shoots from Internet.

Available software

I prefer freeware. This philosophy is about an idea that everything, what you create, is possible to make free of charge. License software is quite expensive and the Internet is full of freeware programs. I work in operation systems Windows and Linux Mandrake. The both are very superior, the second one is free of charge. And many HTML Editors are on both platforms.

I introduce software what I know, but mostly in Czech version. But don´t forget, the HTML code is international!

You can use licensed programs, too. For graphic edit is Zoner (in Czech) or Corel, (in English), Windows and its part Notepad. I don´t recommend text editors like MS Word. These programs can translate text into HTML code, but this work isn´t too motivated. If you use Open Source you have many programs. I prefer The Bluefish, but you can choose another one.
